With the vision of “Surging Ahead Together”, The Borderlands PDP conducted one day programme for Nabil Bank at Hayatt Regency with the maximum participants of 630 people. The programme was conducted with the help of Borderlands staff along with the volunteers from Natham College.

The programme was started by briefing the participants about various activities included in the PDP. The programme included various team building activities such as trust fall, magic carpet, and magic stick, don’t lose your marbles and parachute. The programme was concluded with the conclusion speech by The CEO of Nabil Bank Mr. Anil Shah and The Director of Borderlands PDP Mr. Megh Ale.
The programme began after welcoming and briefing programme by Managing Director of Borderlands Mr. Megh Ale. The programme was later addressed by Chairman of Nabil Bank Mr. Shambhu Prasad Paudyal and CEO of Nabil Bank Mr. Anil Shah.

After introducing the programme to the Nabil Bank the participants were divided into 4 groups the 4 groups had to perform various team building activities such as Trust fall, Team Synergy, Strategic Alignment, don’t lose your marble, magic carpet and parachute.
The programme was concluded after reflecting upon the activities the participants took and with a Human logo of Nabil Bank along with Group photo.
