A day Team Building program was organized for Nepal General Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Jyoti Group, Nepal at Park Village on 21st of May. The program had a total number of 84 participants.
After the introduction and program objective brief the team was engaged in different 6 outdoor activities. The program evolved around the theme of team dynamics, creating supportive climate, leadership, element of trust within the team and commitment towards achieving set goal.
