The Borderlands PDP organized a Leadership Development Program for Happy Children Trust (HCT) from October 20-22, 2019 at the Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort. Tour to the Tatopani Nepal-China border, canyoning, abseiling, team building initiatives and white water rafting theme based on keep it real used during the course of the program. In addition, talent show, BBQ and entertainment night were also included with an emphasis on fun and successful celebration of the program,
The sense of building capacity outside the classroom environment, learning leadership traits, building teams for better results and having fun were some of the learning drawn from the program. Overall the program was a huge success as the entire 97 participants felt that the program improved their sense of bonding and the participants also got the chance to overcome their fear through outdoor adventure.
