The Borderlands Leadership School conducted 2 nights 3 days Leadership Development program for Bhaktapur NIST School’s Class 4 students on 10^th to 12^th Jan, 2023 at The Borderlands Eco – Adventure Resort, Sindhupalchowk. The main objective of the program was to build up a capacity of the students outside the classroom environment. The highlights of the 3 days program were hiking, rock climbing, abseiling, zipline, and team activities based on fun and learning. These activities were focused on the communication buildup, leadership, team work, trust, coordination, time management, execution of planning, develop bonding, and building confidence. In addition, talent show, art and entertainment night were also included with an emphasis on fun and successful celebration of the program. 

During the final debriefing of the program, the students expressed that they had a great time at the Borderlands and experienced many things that is not possible inside the classroom. They felt the bonding between the friends became strong and got chance to overcome their fear through the different conducted outdoor activities. They wished to come again for the same. At last, the program was concluded with the certificate distribution, banner sign and the group photo.
