On August 25th, 2024, Borderlands Leadership School facilitated a team-building program for INFOMERICS Ratings at the Hilton Kathmandu in Naxal. The event was attended by 60 staff members from Nepal and Delhi, India. The program’s primary objective was to build trust among the team, with specific goals of enhancing communication, teamwork, and coordination.
Mr. Sudhan Lamsal, a senior facilitator, began the program by introducing Borderlands, its team, and outlining the program’s objectives. The participants engaged enthusiastically in various problem-solving activities designed around trust, communication, and coordination. Following each activity, a debrief session was held to reflect on the lessons learned. Participants shared insights on effective communication, the value of mutual trust, leadership development, embracing and supporting positive changes in the workplace.
