On December 26, 2024, The Borderlands successfully conducted a team building program for entry – level managers of Asian paints (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd. at the premises of Gokarna Forest Resort, Thali. The event brought together 66 enthusiastic participants, all eager to develop their skills and prepare for the future leadership roles within the company. The theme of the program was “Building Tomorrow, Together” emphasizing commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders. This program aimed to foster collaboration, enhance communication and strengthen relationships among entry level managers.
The day was filled with engaging activities designed to promote learning and collaboration. The participants connected through the ice breaking and tone setting activities, setting a positive tone for a day. The problem solving activities were done by team together that fosters coordination, effective communication, building trust and the team work.
The response from the participants was overwhelmingly positive. Many expressed gratitude for the opportunity to connect with colleagues from different departments and appreciated the focus on team work and leadership development.
