Borderlands PDP organized a three days team building retreat program for World Learning Inc., School for International Training SIT from May 26 to 28, 2019 at Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort, Gati Sindupalchwok. The course included ice breaking activities and trust building activities, team building activities and initiatives that emphasized on improving communication, leadership, trust, co-ordination, team building among other skills.
Additionally series of outdoor activities, initiatives including the low rope course and rafting on the Bhote Koshi River with the theme “Keep It Real” were applied during the program. At the start and end of each activity the teams were led in a brainstorming and debrief session by a Borderlands facilitator. The entire programs were highly participative providing a stimulating mix of activities, exercises, role play, and facilitator led review. The program was more focused on providing the participants an opportunity to work together as a good team, encouraging teamwork, unity, to have fun and to get to know their colleagues better.
