The Borderlands PDP organized a three-day Staff Team Building Program for the staff of Department of Soil Conservation & Watershed Management (Project-BCRWME) from October 1 to 3, 2019 at Sunkoshi Beach Camp (SBC), Sukute, Sindhupalchwok. The program was built around a series of high impact, motivating activities, challenges with participants working in small teams engaged in memorable experiences, fun and challenges that highlight the principles and practices. Participants felt a huge amount of progression in different elements and skills, like working in a team, building trust, improving leadership quality, self awareness, and tolerance for adversity, self confidence, and communication.
